Per a user email quoted on madrobot.blog: Work/Codex 20x→10x Plus; GPT-6 Pro chat 200→100 msgs/week. Not on OpenAI's help page; attributed only, not counted toward the index bar.
As of 2026-10-26, the October 30 move to the lower Pro 200 allowance is still scheduled and not yet in effect (the previous allowance runs through October 29).
